The COBieQC2024 software can only be purchased through this website. Purchase orders or invoices are not accepted.

1. Purchase with a credit card using the form above.
2. After purchase, download four files: program install package (zip), EULA (pdf), installation instructions (pdf), and Registration Form (xlsx).
3. Complete the downloaded Registration Form and send as email attachment to bill.east@prairieskyconsulting.com, subject "COBieQC2024 Registration".
4. You may now install the program on each registered user's computer. Use of the program is restricted until each user's license key file has been installed.
5. Following receipt of completed Registration Form, we will (a) prepare each user's license key file, (b) order User's Manuals, (c) invite users to the Community Forum.
6. We will send each user's license key by email to the party designated on the User Registration Form. 
7. We will have User's Manuals printed and mailed to the designated postal address.
8. We will have an invitation to the Community Forum emailed to the designated electronic address.
9. Once you receive the license key file, it must be installed per instructions provided. 
10. Once each user's license key has been installed, they may begin using the full program.

This license for COBieQC2024 runs to either (1) 01-Feb-2025 or (2) one year plus 14 days, whichever is longer. The second option makes sure that you have a full year after you receive the license(s) and User's Manual(s) to use the software. 

An individual license is ideal for sole proprietors or small businesses producing and checking their own COBie data files as well as those who need to run COBie quality control checks. An individual license grants one user the opportunity to use the COBieQC software on up to two devices for the license duration. 

If only one or two people in your company need the COBieQC software, an individual license is recommended. Companies with multiple offices may also centralize their COBieQC software purchasing across their organizations.  Companies may combine one or more of the following purchases options. Each licensed user may use the COBieQC software on up to two devices for the license duration. 

Educational licenses of the COBieQC software are exclusively provided to students enrolled in the University of Florida’s COBie Academy, COBie Quality Control course.  No other educational versions are available. No trial versions (of any type) are available.

The COBieQC2024 software has been successfully tested on Windows and Mac OS computers.

Yes. A complimentary copy of the COBieQC2024 User's Manual is provided for each registered user. 

Per End User License Agreement, COBieQC software is provided without technical support or warranties. Should support for data quality processes be needed, a separate pre-paid consulting agreement may be put in place.  Click the link to find out more about our Consulting Service.

Registered users will be invited to join a private COBieQC User Forum hosted by LinkedIn. This forum will be the place for users to share best-practices and custom checking rule files.
